Invoice
You get a PDF invoice with every order. You don't need to do anything for it.
Yes, as a PDF with your confirmation email. You can also find it on your order page and add a company there.
Where to find your invoice
The invoice is attached as a PDF to your confirmation email. On your order page you can download it again at any time with “Download invoice”.
What the invoice shows
Invoice number, date and order number, your eSIM with destination and days, price, VAT and payment method. The seller is NoBorderSim.
Invoice to a company
On your order page, tap “Change invoice details” and enter the company, name and address, and your VAT number if you like. You then get a new invoice and a credit note for the old one, both by email and on your order page.
If you get a refund
If you get money back, we create a credit note for your invoice and send it to you by email.
