Hotspot
You can connect your own devices, such as a laptop or tablet, through your phone's hotspot.
Usually 2 GB a day at full speed, then unlimited at up to 1 Mbit/s. What applies to your destination is shown with the package.
How to turn on the hotspot
iPhone: Settings, Personal Hotspot, then turn on “Allow Others to Join”.
Android: Settings, Connections or Network & internet, then Hotspot.
What the hotspot uses
Everything that runs through the hotspot counts towards your daily amount. How much that is, and how fast things go after that, is shown with your package. A laptop often uses more than a phone, so do big updates on Wi-Fi.
What the plan is not meant for
The eSIM is for your own smartphone or tablet. Not allowed are routers, mobile Wi-Fi devices, data sticks and other devices without their own screen, reselling the connection, and use that disrupts the network, such as a server running all the time. In such cases the network may lower the speed or block the eSIM (section 6 of our terms).
